According to glavcom.ua: Ukrainian basketball player Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk from the NBA team 'Utah Jazz' shared his impressions of the season's start and support for Ukrainian defenders. He noted that the season started successfully and hopes to maintain high form throughout the championship.

Moreover, Mykhailiuk emphasized that he is always ready to help, but he does it quietly, without making it public. He simply needs to help, and he does it without unnecessary demonstrations.

The season is going very successfully. I am getting games and believe that I am playing at a high level. Since the season is very long, I hope to continue playing at the same level. As for assistance – I am always ready to provide it. However, I do not publicize it because I do it for a different purpose – to help, not to show off.

Recently, the Ukrainian has consistently started games in the starting lineup of 'Utah' for 12 consecutive matches. Additionally, it became known that Mykhailiuk provided support to a unit where his former childhood team partner serves.

The Ukrainian national basketball team achieved an important victory with a score of 98:86 over the Slovak team, keeping their chances of participating in the qualifiers for the World Championship-2027.

In the first round, the Ukrainian team lost to Switzerland by a score of 64:66, but in the next match, they won 80:71. This helped the team improve its position in the group and rise in the standings.
