Doctors in frontline areas will have their salaries raised to 40 thousand hryvnias

According to hvylya.net: The additional fund for salaries will be distributed based on the workload and working conditions, as well as according to the collective agreement of the medical institution. The model salary level for doctors will be 40,000 hryvnias, for nurses and middle medical staff - 27,000 hryvnias, and for junior medical staff - 18,000 hryvnias.
According to information from the Ministry of Health, hospitals in areas of active hostilities will receive additional funding for salaries for medical staff. Under the new rules, each working doctor will receive 12,000 hryvnias, while nurses, middle and junior medical staff will receive an additional 9,000 hryvnias per month.
The Ministry of Health provides additional funding to hospitals in conflict zones to ensure adequate pay and improve working conditions for medical personnel working on the front lines in challenging conditions. This initiative is aimed at supporting medical institutions in frontline regions.
