According to Главком: Eva Marija, whose real name is Eva Puc, has won the Luxembourg Song Contest 2026 with her song 'Mother Nature'. She will represent the Grand Duchy at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna. Her victory was secured by earning 94 points from the jury and over 53% of the public vote, securing her first place. This marks Luxembourg's return to the contest after a long hiatus, making its selection process particularly significant for fans.

The Luxembourg Song Contest 2026 took place this year, with Daryss, Luzac, and Irem considered the frontrunners. However, Daryss (Darya Sokova) and Luzac did not advance to the top three in the first voting round. The final top three consisted of Irem, Eva Marija, and Steve Castille. The final results were as follows:

Eva Marija will be the third consecutive solo female artist to represent Luxembourg at Eurovision. Born and raised in Luxembourg to Slovenian parents, she has been actively involved in music since the age of 14. She studied at the Conservatoire de la Ville de Luxembourg, receiving training in vocals, violin, piano, and bass guitar, and is currently pursuing songwriting studies in London.
Eva Puc formed her creative team during the Rocklab Camp. The team includes Swedish singer-songwriter Maria Mathea Broberg, Danish songwriter Julie Aagaard (Kill J), and producer Thomas Stengaard. Julie Aagaard has previously worked on Eurovision entries for the United Kingdom, Austria, and Malta. Maria Broberg has experience with entries for Poland and Moldova, while Thomas Stengaard co-wrote Denmark's winning 2013 entry 'Only Teardrops' and has worked on submissions for other countries, including Cyprus and Germany.
At Eurovision 2026, Luxembourg will be represented by Eva Marija, Malta by Aidan with the song 'Bella', and Moldova by Satoshi with 'Viva Moldova'. Satoshi received the maximum points from both national and international juries and the public vote in his national selection.
The selection of Eva Marija continues Luxembourg's tradition of supporting young, talented artists on the international stage, highlighting the country's growing role in the global music scene, particularly within the hugely popular and influential Eurovision framework.
