On the night of October 10, Kyiv and nine other regions of Ukraine became targets of massive attacks by the aggressor country. The government is responding to the situation by taking measures to ensure uninterrupted mobile communication in all conditions.

Mobile operators have prepared for possible power outages that may occur as a result of shelling. Teams of specialists are working at full capacity to ensure stable network operation even during crisis situations.

'Our main priority is to ensure that Ukrainians can connect at any moment, even in emergencies,' emphasized the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation urges citizens to prepare for possible power outages and to consider alternative communication means. Specialists advise downloading the 'DiiA' app in advance, which contains a map of Resilience Points where one can find places to charge their phone, use the internet, and make calls.

During network disruptions caused by overloads or damage to base stations, citizens can take advantage of national roaming to switch to another operator's network. It is also important to familiarize oneself in advance with the instructions for connecting roaming on smartphones and to always check the availability of services.

Ukrenergo has removed the disappointing forecast regarding areas that may become targets of combined attacks. In this difficult time, it is essential to be ready for potential power losses and to have alternative means of communication.
