The Security Service of Ukraine uncovered a scheme to evade mobilization: why the organizer was detained
According to glavcom.ua: Recently, a meticulous woman was uncovered in the Khmelnytsky region who was trying to profit from the registration of disability. The lady offered local residents a 'profitable' service - evading military conscription for a handsome sum of 22 thousand dollars. Unfortunately, not everyone trusted her, and her plans nearly fell apart.
But the bloody plans were revealed by law enforcement officers who detained the perpetrator under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine during an attempted money exchange.
The woman has been informed of suspicion for document forgery and abuse of influence. Interestingly, she still believes that she can escape this affair. Nevertheless, the investigation continues, and finally, we can sleep peacefully - one less fraudster is on the loose.
Summary
Criminal schemes to evade mobilization have no place in our society. Law enforcement continues to work actively to terminate such practices and has already dismantled 11 new schemes for evading military service. It seems it is time for offenders to feel the full force of the law.
