Reserve+ allows paying fines for failure to appear on summons: how it works
Since the beginning of July, the 'Reserve+' application has offered the ability to pay fines for violations of military registration. The payment for fines for failure to appear on summons has now been added, in addition to the late updating of data. According to the Ministry of Defense, the function works on the same algorithm but pertains to a different violation.
A summons is considered delivered if it was sent by mail or handed personally, and there is a mark in the 'Oberig' register. Late arrival does not exempt one from fulfilling requirements, regardless of the date of receipt. If a person really did not receive a summons, this can be proven documentarily, for example, with a certificate from the postal service. In such a case, the TCC can dismiss the violation.
Exceptions and payment procedure
The law provides exceptions for non-arrival on summons for valid reasons. The payment procedure involves submitting an application through the 'Fines Online' section, a review by the TCC within three days, and the receipt of the ruling. Then one can pay half of the fine amount, after which the payment deadline and amount increase.
The 'Reserve+' service serves as an additional payment tool. Fines can also be paid offline through the TCC, but the online format allows one to avoid queues and resolve the issue more quickly. Additionally, Ukraine has changed the rules for transporting mobilized individuals from the TCC.
The 'Reserve+' has introduced the ability to pay fines for violations of military registration, including failure to appear on summons. The new function allows for quick and effective resolution of issues regarding the payment of fines related to violations of military legislation.
