According to Пенсії (RSS): The Pension Fund of Ukraine has outlined several methods for pensioners to complete their mandatory physical identification. This process is crucial for accessing pension services, and the Fund now offers both traditional in-person and convenient online options, which is particularly beneficial for individuals with disabilities.

Identification can be carried out in person at Pension Fund service centers or via online methods. For online verification, pensioners need a qualified remote electronic signature, which can be created using the Diia mobile application. Alternatively, identification can be completed through a video conference call with a local branch of the Pension Fund.

For pensioners with hearing or speech impairments who cannot use the Diia.Signature, there is an option to schedule a video conference session. This appointment can be booked by submitting a request through the Pension Fund's web portal or by contacting its Call Center. The Call Center contact numbers are:

Furthermore, in their application, pensioners can request the physical presence of a personal assistant during the video identification. Those with hearing or speech impairments can also indicate the need for a sign language interpreter. All specific procedures for video identification are defined by the Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine dated November 20, 2023, No. 49-2.
