The Pension Fund has recalculated heating subsidies: what has changed for Ukrainians

The Pension Fund of Ukraine has recalculated housing subsidies for the upcoming heating season 2025-2026, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy.

The subsidy amount for October has now been established, taking into account the cost of heating homes - whether it is individual gas or electric heating, or centralized heating supply over 16 days from October 16.

Information about the accrued subsidies can be found in the personal account on the electronic services portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the section 'My subsidy'.

Those who are entitled to a housing subsidy but have not yet applied for assignment can do so online through the website of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the mobile app, or in person at the service center, or send an application by mail to the relevant address of the territorial authority of the Fund.

• If documents are submitted by November 30, the subsidy will be assigned from the beginning of the heating period, and after this date - from the month of application.

It was previously noted that the Pension Fund has paid attention to subsidy recipients.

In the 2025-2026 season, the amount of housing subsidies for Ukrainians was recalculated, taking into account the cost of heating in October. Now you can view data about subsidies in the personal account on the electronic services portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Those who have not yet applied for a subsidy have the opportunity to do so online or in person by the end of November to receive it from the beginning of the heating period.
