Potatoes remain one of the most affordable vegetables on the Ukrainian market. The average retail price was 17.35 hryvnias per kilogram, while in Metro it costs 15.80 hryvnias, and in Megamarket - 18.90 hryvnias per kilogram.
The most dramatic price increase has been recorded in the onion market. Green onions in bunches cost on average 36.30 hryvnias for 100 grams at Metro stores.
