Violations of Yulia Tymoshenko's Rights

According to the report, Tymoshenko was accused of unlawful coordination with lawmakers from the Servant of the People party-individuals she has never met. Meanwhile, covert investigative measures were used against her, including surveillance, recording of conversations, and phone tapping. The rights group also documented illegal searches of the Batkivshchyna party office, conducted without a court order.
