Reserve+ introduces automatic extension of deferral: how it will work
In the Reserve+ application, there are currently 9 types of deferrals from mobilization, and by the end of this week, there will be 11 - two more categories are finishing testing, said Mstyslav Banik, head of digital products at the Ministry of Defense.
The main news is that most deferrals can now be extended automatically, without the need for personal appeals to territorial recruitment centers.
'If the system can verify that a person still has valid grounds for receiving a deferral, there will be no need to extend that deferral independently,' Banik explained.
After processing the data, the system will send a notification about the extension of the deferral or about the refusal. In the event of a negative decision, documents will need to be submitted offline.
Change of procedure from November 1
Until October 31 inclusive, documents for deferrals can be submitted offline directly at the TCK. However, starting from November 1, 2025, the new procedure will require submission of documents through the Centers for Administrative Services (CNAH).
CNAH accepts documents from the military conscript, which are then forwarded to the TCK for consideration by a special commission. This new procedure will simplify the process for citizens who cannot use the automatic extension of the deferral through the Reserve+ application.
The improvement of the deferral system from mobilization is aimed at simplifying procedures for citizens and automating the process of extending deferrals. This will significantly reduce administrative barriers and make interaction with the military enlistment office more accessible and convenient for all interested parties.
