Russia attacked Izmail: what is known about the consequences of the night strike

According to glavcom.ua: On the night of November 2, an explosion occurred in the Izmail district of Odesa region, as reported by 'Hlavkom' citing local Telegram channels.

Around midnight, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received information about drones flying south over Odesa from the Black Sea area. A warning about Izmail was issued at 12:30 AM.

According to preliminary information, on the night of November 1, the Russian terrorist army carried out an attack with drones on the central square of Novhorod-Siverskyi in Chernihiv region. This was reported by Oleksandr Seliverstov, head of the Novhorod-Siverskyi district military administration.

Seliverstov stated that the enemies launched an attack with two strike drones on the city center, hitting the central square.

There were also mentions of attacks in Dnipro, Shakhtarsk, and Pokrovsk communities in the Synelnykove district. Infrastructure was shelled, and there are reports of a fire at a civilian enterprise and the destruction of a private house.

In July, terrorists had already attacked Sumy and carried out attacks on the railway infrastructure of Sumy and Kharkiv regions, leading to a change in the route of train No. 228/227 Husaryvka - Ivano-Frankivsk.

The Izmail district of Odesa region has once again suffered from an explosion resulting from a drone attack. This is just one in a series of attacks carried out by the Russian terrorist army across various regions of Ukraine. The attacks are intensifying, spreading to new territories, posing a threat to the civilian population and the country's infrastructure.
