The indicator for Ukraine in 2024 is 8.4 out of 10, which is a decrease compared to last year, when it was 8.9.

The average global brain drain score is 4.98 points. In Ukraine, the outflow of various categories of specialists is observed, including:

• engineers
• IT specialists

The situation with 'brain drain' is worse only in Samoa, Palestine, Jamaica, Eritrea, El Salvador, and Somalia.
