Ukrainian military received 38 thousand drones: how the DOT-Chain system works
According to hvylya.net: The military units of Ukraine have received over 38 thousand drones worth more than 1.5 billion UAH thanks to the DOT-Chain Defence system. According to the director of the Defense Procurement Agency Arsen Zhumadilov, various models of drones from 38 manufacturers were purchased as part of the project, and more than 77% of the ordered units have already been delivered.
Next on the agenda for the DOT-Chain Defence system is to scale up. The Ministry of Defence plans that within the next six months, 70% of drones for the military will be purchased through this system. It was also announced that a new feature, the 'Drone Constructor,' will be launched, allowing users to select drone parameters independently.
'Within the framework of the pilot project, we successfully spent 600 million UAH... and the fastest order was fulfilled in 5 days,' Zhumadilov emphasized.
The Ukrainian army is strengthening its defense capabilities through new technologies and the introduction of modern drone procurement systems, which will contribute to improving the country's protection efficiency.
