In Ivano-Frankivsk, residents of one of the residential complexes were informed about the attraction of workers from India, which caused a stir. Initially, it was mentioned that the workers would be responsible for cleaning the territory, but later the company clarified the details. This information is reported by Zaxid.net citing a statement from the management company.
Migrants in Ivano-Frankivsk: what really happened
Information about foreign workers appeared after a message was sent to the residents of the residential complex. It indicated that starting from May 4, labor migrants from India would service the territory due to a shortage of workforce.
The company also assured that the workers are officially registered and under the control of migration authorities.
However, later the managing company "Blago" apologized for incorrect communication. They specified that the migrants would not be involved in cleaning the territory.
Construction of the residential complex in Frankivsk: what work foreign workers are engaged in
According to new explanations, the workers from India are exclusively attracted for construction work at the final stage.
In particular, they will perform:
- concreting flower beds
- setting up benches
- other minor architectural forms.
This concerns works within the project of the developer TOV "Parkovaya Alley".
This company is associated with the group "Blago", which is linked to Frankivsk developer Andrey Lutsky.
Residential complex "Parkovaya Alley": context of the situation
The residential complex is located on Heroes of Mykolaiv Street near the Bystritsa-Nadvornyansky River. All apartments in the complex have already been sold, and the work is in its final stages.
After the information about migrants appeared, the companies did not provide additional comments. The marketing department's phone of "Blago" is not responding, and in "Parkovaya Alley", the situation was also not explained.
The situation showed that even targeted attraction of foreign workers can cause a stir among residents. At the same time, the shortage of labor force forces developers to seek alternatives, including abroad.
