On Saturday, wind will intensify in Ukraine: where gusts of up to 20 m/s are expected

According to glavcom.ua: On Saturday, November 15, cloudy weather with clearings and possible rains is forecasted. Meteorologists say there will be no precipitation today, only a slight rain may pass in the northern part of the country. Fog is expected at night and in the morning in the southeastern part.

The wind will be south-west, 7-12 m/s, with gusts up to 15-20 m/s. The temperature at night will be 2-7° Celsius, during the day 8-13°. Cloudy weather with possible rains is also expected in Kyiv region and the capital. The air temperature at night in the Kyiv region will be 2-7°, during the day 8-13°; in Kyiv at night 5-7°, during the day about 10°.

Regarding cultural events in Kyiv from November 10 to 16, there will be many exhibitions, performances, and concerts. In particular, visitors will have the chance to see the exhibition 'Avant-garde Ukraine' and the satirical performance 'Buka', as well as enjoy concerts by famous performers.
