October weekends in Ukraine: forecasters talked about contrasting weather
Weather forecast for the first October weekend
According to hvylya.net: Ukrainians are expecting contrasting weather during the first October weekends. According to forecaster Natalka Didenko, October 4-5 will be cool in the western part of the country – around +9…+12 degrees, while the eastern and southeastern regions will be warmer, reaching +15…+18 degrees. Northern regions are expected to have +12…+14 degrees, central regions – from +12 to +18, in the south – +15…+19, and in Crimea up to +20.
On Saturday, rain will fall in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Chernivtsi regions, and in the evening it will spread to central and northern areas. The rest of the territory will remain dry.
Forecast for Sunday
On Sunday, it will rain in southern regions, except for Odesa, and also in the east and locally in the west, while most of the central and northern regions will remain without precipitation.

In Kyiv, dry weather will prevail over the weekend, with only a slight chance of rain in the evening on Saturday. Daytime temperatures in the capital will fluctuate around +14…+15 degrees.
'October traditionally loves contrasts, so in the western regions, warmer clothes will be needed, while in the east, the breath of Indian summer will still be felt,' Didenko noted.
The first October weekend will bring Ukrainians various weather conditions depending on the region. Air temperatures will vary from west to east of the country, and rain is expected in certain areas. Overall, in Kyiv, forecasters promise dry weather with slight chances of precipitation.
