Booking through Reserve+: how to remove violations and get a reservation in 3 days
According to hvylya.net: A new method for the rapid resolution of military registration issues has been developed and implemented in Ukraine. Now, conscripts can quickly remove violations and obtain a reservation through the mobile application 'Reserve+'. This was reported by lawyer Kateryna Petrenko from the 'Aktum' law firm in Mykolaiv.
The lawyer stated that if the user does not have multiple simultaneous violations, the process goes smoothly. The user creates a statement, acknowledges the fact of violation, and waits for a decision - usually this takes three days. Then, they pay a fine of 8500 hryvnias, after which the information is automatically sent to the TCC, and the person's status is updated in the application.
In practice, the result is noticeable almost instantly: 'The client paid the fine, and by the next day, he saw that he was removed from the wanted list - the mark in the system disappeared. The documents for the reservation were submitted that same day, and it was approved in two days.' The lawyer advises to check in advance how many violations a person has; this can be done through a lawyer's request or directly at the TCC. It is also important to coordinate actions with the employer so that after updating the status, the documents for the reservation can be submitted immediately. On average, it takes about three days from the moment of fine payment to receiving confirmation.
Ukraine has implemented a new method for resolving military registration issues that allows conscripts to quickly and effectively address their issues through a special application 'Reserve+'. With the help of this innovation, the process of obtaining a military ID has become simpler and more convenient for citizens.
