Міністерство освіти України оприлюднило важливі показники для додатку Мрія.

Usage Statistics for the Mriya Educational App

According to Главком: The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has released data on how the state-run Mriya educational application is being used. So far, 3,860 schools have connected to the platform, and it has attracted over 630,000 users. Within the system, teachers have issued a total of 235 million grades and assigned more than 22 million homework tasks. To encourage broader adoption, the Ministry holds regular online briefings with regional military administrations and heads of local education departments. In addition, instructional guides on making the most of Mriya are sent out to each region.

Free Online Training and New Learning Models

For educators, a free online course titled 'Mriya: A Practical Guide to Using the System' has been launched on the Zrozumilo! learning platform. This initiative aims to enhance the teaching process through modern technology. Beyond Mriya, Ukrainian schools are also actively using commercial platforms for digital gradebooks, including:

  • Human
  • Yedyna Shkola
  • Novi Znannia
  • Moya Shkola
  • and others

Starting in September 2026, 150 lyceums across Ukraine will adopt a new educational model featuring flexible student-chosen groups. According to Ministry officials,

“the old model where an entire 10-A class follows the same specialized track is no longer relevant.”

The core of this new approach will be variable groups formed based on each student’s preferences. A lyceum is required to create a specialized group if at least eight students on the same grade level express interest in studying a particular subject in depth.

This push from the Ministry of Education and Science is part of a larger effort to reform Ukraine’s education system, making it more responsive to modern needs and integrating innovative technologies. Both the Mriya app and these new learning models are designed to boost the effectiveness of education and give students greater flexibility in choosing their subjects, which could lead to higher engagement and motivation.

As the Ministry of Education continues to innovate, significant changes are on the horizon for Ukrainian lyceums. Starting in 2026, traditional classroom structures will be replaced with a more flexible model, allowing students to choose their subjects based on personal interests. This shift is part of a broader initiative to modernize the education system, which complements the ongoing enhancements of the educational framework in Ukrainian schools. Understanding these developments is crucial for educators and students alike.
