This is the main difference between foreign and Ukrainian servicemen.

According to the commander, there are no age or gender restrictions for foreigners in the legion. Women can also serve in the battalion, usually in medical positions. Even fighters over 60 years old can be part of the legion and demonstrate high effectiveness in combat areas.

"There are such people. There are even professional military personnel who cannot withstand it, because they have never seen such a war as here, with such intensity, with such combat actions. There have been no such wars in the world since World War II," Yakimovich emphasized.

In addition, the commander noted that there are cases when foreigners terminate their contracts, but he emphasized the importance of training and individual qualities of the fighters. There is even a training center in the Ground Forces where foreign servicemen can acquire the necessary skills.
