Zelensky on energy protection: what decisions were made at the meeting

According to Zelensky, the meeting paid attention to the situation in various cities such as Slavutych, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Odesa, and others. Challenges in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zaporizhia, and other regions were also considered.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held an energy meeting on October 6, where the real state of affairs in regions, communities, and energy facilities was discussed. The head of state outlined the main points from his address.

The meeting discussed issues regarding the deployment of additional air defense capabilities, comprehensive protection, and the need for electrical equipment and increasing equipment reserves for winter. The president also stated the readiness of the Prime Ministers of the Netherlands and Norway to assist Ukraine with gas supply. In case of ineffective actions by local authorities, Zelensky warned about possible decisions by the central government.
