The Russian army continues to use the tactics of 'meat assaults' with small groups of soldiers. Although about 600 local residents remain in Kupiansk, the main goal of the military remains unchanged - to destroy enemy forces in any territory. The situation at the front in the Kharkiv region requires constant monitoring and readiness for action.
