The Absence of a Passport Led to Ivan Franko's Arrest

Ivan Franko had to wait 102 days for his passport in captivity. However, it was here that he wrote several dozen of his poems and worked on the poem 'Botokudy'.
Currently, Ukraine is under martial law, and citizens must carry an identification document.

The absence of a passport was the reason for the arrest of the famous Ukrainian writer Ivan Franko, who spent more than three months in captivity waiting for his document. But it was during this time that he wrote many poems and worked on his poem.
