According to hvylya.net: Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Anastasiya Konovalova emphasized that communication in early childhood is extremely important for children's development. She noted that no videos can replace this type of communication, which contributes to the formation of essential social and communicative skills necessary for further learning.

According to the official, readiness for school consists not only of the ability to read and write but also in the capability to understand rules, communicate with peers, and listen to adults. Interaction with other children in kindergarten fosters the development of self-confidence and adaptation to society.

Currently, children spend a lot of time in front of gadgets, which leads to a decrease in live communication. Therefore, it is essential that children in kindergarten develop not only basic skills but also speech, which can be difficult due to the prevalence of psychological barriers and late kindergarten enrollment. Specialists play an important role in helping to overcome possible developmental delays.

“A child must be accepted into school regardless of whether they attended kindergarten. Even if a child is found at 13, they must still be enrolled, as basic secondary education in Ukraine is mandatory,” highlighted Konovalova.

In Ukraine, there is no obligation to send a child to kindergarten until the age of 5, but education is mandatory from the age of five, following state standards.

The statements of the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine emphasize the importance of live communication in early childhood for the full development of children. This helps to form not only basic skills but also the necessary social and communicative abilities that are key to further successful learning and life.
