Expert on the War: Euroloan of 90 Billion, Peace Negotiations and the Real Situation at the Front
According to Студия Руслана Бизяева: In the interview, the situation at the front in Ukraine, financial support from the European Union, and the possibilities for peaceful resolution of the conflict are discussed. The guest, military expert Oleg Starikov, shares his thoughts on the current military situation, probable scenarios for the development of events, and the influence of external factors on the war.
Host: Oleg Ivanovich, welcome. The situation at the front is reaching a critical breaking point. What do you think about this?
Guest: Hello. I would not assess the situation so categorically. The situation is more or less normal and is proceeding in a planned manner.
Host: Let's discuss the latest news. The European Union has approved an interest-free loan to Ukraine in the amount of 90 billion euros. What does this mean for Ukraine?
Guest: This effectively creates an autonomous financial rear for two years ahead. It allows Ukraine to plan military operations, but it is important where this money will go: for economic recovery or for war.
Host: Does this mean that the peaceful resolution of the conflict is being pushed to the background?
Guest: I wouldn't say that. The war is now being conducted on the basis of new principles, and peaceful resolution is possible, but under acceptable conditions.
Host: What is your opinion on the possible reparations from Russia?
Guest: Reparations are paid only in the event of defeat. Today, the war is not classical, and victory or defeat have different meanings. No one can win or lose as it was in World War II.
Host: What do you think about the situation at the front, in particular about Myrnograd?
Guest: I believe that the collapse of the front is impossible. The situation at the front is under our control, but it is important to remain calm. The tactics of warfare have changed, and now it is crucial to understand what is happening on the battlefield.
Host: But soldiers at the front talk about a critical situation.
Guest: Yes, but this is part of the war. Defense has its limits, and we must bear in mind that the defense forces may retreat if the situation becomes critical. War is not just a struggle for territories, but also strategic decisions.
Host: What is your opinion on the introduction of anti-drone corridors around Kharkiv?
Guest: This indicates the seriousness of the threat. They have started talking about Novorossiya, which is a troubling sign. This means that the enemy intends to expand its territories.
Host: What scenarios do you see for the future?
Guest: It is important not to succumb to emotions, but to keep a clear mind. The war will not end quickly, and we need to be ready for different scenarios.
Host: Our airtime is coming to an end. Thank you, Oleg Ivanovich, for your thoughts.
Guest: Thank you. Don't forget to subscribe to my channels for up-to-date information.
