Zoomers are massively swapping offices for jobs with billionaires: a new trend

Zoomers are choosing to work as nannies for billionaires
Молодь віддає перевагу можливостям працевлаштування у заможних компаніях, покидаючи традиційні офіси: новий тренд.

Young professionals from Generation Z are increasingly refusing traditional corporate careers in favor of providing personal services to billionaires. According to Business Insider, young people are leaving corporations en masse to become assistants, nannies, or housekeepers for the rich.

Instead of securing jobs in corporations, young professionals are choosing to work with well-known private individuals, providing them with high-quality personal service. This trend is explained by the growth of the specialized staffing market, as the number of billionaires in the world is rapidly increasing (according to Forbes, there are over 3,000 of them).

There is also a rise in luxury items such as yachts, mansions, and private jets, which require professional maintenance. Nearly a thousand staffing agencies worldwide specialize in recruiting personnel specifically for wealthy individuals, indicating the expansion of this sector.

Thus, young specialists are increasingly choosing unconventional paths in career growth, abandoning traditional corporate positions in favor of working with wealthy individuals and servicing luxury properties.
