She emphasized that these employees should not communicate with those liable for military service, as they lack the necessary training.

'We need to remove military recruitment officers and special police from the streets. They are not trained to communicate with those liable for military service. This has been my demand since I took office,' she noted on the air of 'Hromadske Radio.'

The commissioner also noted that it is important to train military recruiters to communicate with those liable for military service, adding that this could be done following the example of police officers. However, there is simply 'no time' for this now, as soldiers returning with injuries may react aggressively.

'It is very important to remove military recruitment and special police officers from the streets, as they may lose control when they feel aggression directed at them. There is no time to assess them or evaluate their psychological state, as many of them are returning with injuries,' Reshetilova explained.

Olga Reshetilova calls for the removal of military recruitment officers from the streets and providing them with the necessary help for psychological adaptation after returning from war. She emphasizes the importance of psychological support for warriors and calls for giving them the opportunity to adapt to civilian life without fear and negative consequences.
