Russian drones attacked Novhorod-Siverskyi in Chernihiv Oblast

Novhorod-Siverskyi in Chernihiv Oblast came under fire from Russian terrorist drones. According to the Chernihiv Regional State Administration, approximately 20 attacks have been recorded. Tragically, the attacks resulted in the deaths of four people and injured another seven, including a little girl who was hospitalized at the regional children's hospital.

The attacks by Russian drones caused serious damage to buildings and the infrastructure of the city. Chernihiv was left without electricity, and there were also problems with water supply. The water utility launched alternative power sources to provide water to the city.

The head of the regional state administration reported that the region was attacked by many drones. Over the past day, 51 aerial targets have been recorded, including two ballistic missiles. However, energy crews are currently unable to begin restoration work due to ongoing drone attacks.
