Ukrainians must digitize their employment records by the summer of 2026, otherwise they risk losing their employment history and receiving lower pension payments. The transitional period for converting data into digital format ends on June 10, 2026, and therefore the Pension Fund of Ukraine urges not to delay this process. Citizens are expressing concern about the potential loss of employment history due to un-digitized employment records, but data must be digitized manually or through the employer for any period before January 1, 2004. This is important for maintaining employment history and receiving appropriate pension payments.
