Vinnytsia TCK refuted the fake about notifications in civilian: what really happened

According to hvylya.net: The Vinnytsia Regional TCK refuted the information that their employees notify citizens in civilian clothes. According to them, these rumors are false. Notifications are conducted only by uniformed servicemen with appropriate distinguishing signs, as stipulated by the Ministry of Defense order dated November 20, 2017.

Representatives of the police, the Security Service, and the border service can also participate in the notification process. They all have official documents confirming their authority. It is worth noting that starting from September 2025, all notification cases are recorded on video and stored for 30 days on a secure server.
