Checks by the TCC and the tax service: what documents will now be required from businesses
Inspectors who check the military accounting at enterprises have started to request personnel documents and salary reports. These are new requirements not related to mobilization. Experts explained that the identified hidden labor relations indicate attempts to avoid registering employees with military obligations.
Moreover, inspectors require occupational safety documents, staff schedules, PVTsR, and other documents related to salary payments. Even if these requirements seem excessive, experts advise businesses to be prepared for a comprehensive inspection by gathering everything necessary.
In our opinion, which has also been confirmed by representatives of the TCC, this is done to identify hidden labor relations. That is, to search for employees that employers try not to 'show' to the military registration offices. - explained Tetyana Donets.
Such checks have shown a wide range of inspector powers and revealed problems with compliance with legislation regarding military accounting and the avoidance of registering employees with military obligations.
