The Ukraine U-19 national team defeated Albania 3:0 in the Euro qualifying opener
Today, November 12, the Ukrainian U-19 national football team started their campaign in the Euro-2026 qualifying round. The competition is taking place in Albania from November 12 to 18.
In the first match, our boys achieved a confident victory with a score of 3:0 over the Albanian team. After an energetic game and numerous moments in the first half, the Ukrainians scored their first goal in the 34th minute of the match. After the break, our footballers increased the lead, and at the end of the game, they scored another goal.
Next match of the tournament
The national team of Ukraine will play on November 15 against Montenegro. The game will start at 13:00 Kyiv time.
Details of Euro-2026
52 teams are participating in the qualification, divided into 13 groups of four participants. The best teams from each group and the best among those who finished third will advance to the elite round. From there, 7 teams will join Wales in the final tournament.
