Frosts will cover Ukraine: where the temperature will drop to -3° at night
Forecasters warn about dangerous and spontaneous meteorological phenomena across Ukraine. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, frost is expected at night on October 23, with temperatures ranging from 0 to -3°C in the eastern regions of the country. This has led to the declaration of a level II hazard, orange.

We remind you that on Tuesday, October 21, cloudy weather is expected in Ukraine, with rain only in the eastern part of the country. Most areas of the Left Bank can expect light rain, while the rest of the territory will be dry. The wind will blow from the northwest, and in the western regions, it will change direction to the southeast, with a speed of 5-10 m/s.
Forecasts indicate that this week will continue to exhibit changeable and unstable autumn weather in Ukraine. Early in the week, cooling and precipitation in the form of rain and wet snow are expected, especially in the west and north, with night frosts in some regions. However, closer to the weekend, temperatures will rise slightly, especially in the south.
