Frosts will cover Ukraine: where the temperature will drop to -3° at night

Forecasters warn about dangerous and spontaneous meteorological phenomena across Ukraine. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, frost is expected at night on October 23, with temperatures ranging from 0 to -3°C in the eastern regions of the country. This has led to the declaration of a level II hazard, orange.

Most areas of the Left Bank can expect light rain, while the rest of the territory will be dry. The wind will blow from the northwest, and in the western regions, it will change direction to the southeast, with a speed of 5-10 m/s.
