Ukrposhta to Pay One Thousand Hryvnias to Millions of Ukrainians: Who Will Receive It

According to Міністерство інфраструктури: Ukrposhta will take on the task of delivering aid under the 'Winter Support 2025' program throughout Ukraine, including frontline regions. Every citizen of the country, except for those living abroad or in temporarily occupied territories, will receive a one-time payment of 1000 hryvnias.

Oleksiy Kuleba, the Vice Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine and Minister for Community Development, emphasized the importance of supporting Ukrainian citizens, especially in frontline regions. Last year, Ukrposhta successfully provided assistance to over 2 million Ukrainians through its extensive network of branches across the country.

How to Receive Assistance through Ukrposhta

Pensioners and recipients of social payments who receive funds through Ukrposhta will automatically receive 1000 hryvnias along with their pension or social payment. Other citizens can apply for assistance from November 18 to December 24. People with limited mobility can use the hotline for assistance with the application process.

Through the 'Winter Support 2025' program, citizens will be able to pay for utilities, buy Ukrainian goods, purchase medicines, and donate funds for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Ukrposhta has committed to delivering aid under the 'Winter Support 2025' program to all citizens of Ukraine, even in frontline regions.
