Transfer to the youth team
According to Главком: The football club 'Polissya' has transferred Serhiy Chobotenkov and Oleksiy Hutsulyak to the youth team U-19 after they refused to sign new contracts. This decision was the result of negotiations between the club and the players in which the terms of new agreements were discussed.
It should be noted that Chobotenkov and Hutsulyak are no longer involved in the training of the first team. The club 'Polissya' emphasizes that it continues to fulfill all contractual obligations until the expiration of the current contracts. Dialogue and the development of young talents
The club also noted that it acted consistently, patiently, and with respect for the players, giving them enough time to make decisions. This highlights 'Polissya's' commitment to constructive dialogue and the development of young talents within its structure.

The last match in the qualification was the game Ukraine - Iceland, in which our national team won 2:0. Goals in this match were scored by Zubkov (83) and Hutsulyak (90+3).
The next stage for the national team will be the semi-finals of the play-offs, where Ukraine will meet the national team of Sweden on March 26, 2026.
The transfer of Chobotenkov and Hutsulyak to the youth team indicates the strategic approach of the club to squad formation and the development of young players. This may also affect the dynamics in the first team, considering that both players had been actively involved in previous matches. The club 'Polissya' continues to demonstrate its commitment to the development of young talents, which may positively influence their long-term strategy.
At the same time, the success of the Ukrainian national team may increase interest in young Ukrainian players, which in turn may affect their careers in clubs.
