Данія виділила 430 тисяч доларів на створення трьох нових навчальних майстерень у Миколаївській області.

Modern Training Facilities Open in Mykolaiv Region

According to Главком: With support from Denmark and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), three upgraded vocational training workshops have been launched in the Mykolaiv region. The total investment for this project amounts to $430,000. These facilities will provide training for 1,500 students and will also serve as a center for adult retraining programs.

Locations and Specializations of the New Workshops

The workshops are situated in three cities: Mykolaiv, Pivdennoukrainsk, and Voznesensk. The region's vocational schools train specialists for various economic and industrial sectors. Specifically:

  • In Voznesensk, training focuses on professions related to electrical engineering, construction, installation, repair and construction work, as well as trade and commerce.
  • In Pivdennoukrainsk, the specialization is on preparing personnel for industry, transport, communications, and public catering.
  • In Mykolaiv, the training covers the fields of construction, transport, industry, electrical engineering, and digital technologies.

“The region's strategy is to invest in human capital, as rapid recovery is only possible through increased production and a skilled workforce.”

Vitaliy Kim, Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration

The opening of these new workshops marks a significant step in developing the region's vocational education, which is poised to substantially impact the local labor market. This initiative is particularly timely, as Ukraine's reconstruction efforts create a high demand for skilled tradespeople. By enhancing the competitiveness of both young people and adults seeking career changes, such investments can foster economic recovery and the overall development of the region.
