Russian aviation attacked Sloviansk thermal power plant
In Donetsk region, Russian planes struck the Sloviansk thermal power plant, resulting in the deaths of two energy workers – Serhiy Dyachenko and Mykhailo Hryhoriev. Five more employees were injured.
According to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, the enemy dropped a guided aviation bomb on the territory of the station, which led to damage to the engineering and laboratory building. The ministry emphasized that Russian terrorists deliberately attack those who provide people with light.
“Russian terrorists deliberately strike at those who bring light to people. They continue their cynical terror against civilians and critical infrastructure,” the ministry stated.
The company DTEK confirmed the casualties and injuries among the employees of the thermal power plant and expressed condolences to the families of the deceased, as well as wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
During the attack on the Sloviansk thermal power plant as a result of shelling, two energy workers were killed, and another five were injured. Russian terrorists continue their cynical terror against civilians and critical infrastructure objects, causing harm to life and property of the country. DTEK confirmed the events and expressed condolences to the families of the deceased and wishes for a swift recovery to the injured.
