According to ХВИЛЯ: A Russian drone strike hit a company bus carrying miners in the Dnipropetrovsk region, killing at least 13 people. The attack occurred in the city of Ternivka, Pavlohrad district, as the bus owned by the DTEK Pavlohradvuhillia enterprise was transporting workers home after their shift. This incident is part of a broader pattern of strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure and its workforce.
DTEK officially confirmed the death of 13 employees and injuries to 8 miners. However, volunteer Kucher reported a death toll of 15. Preliminary reports from the National Police and the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration indicated 12 killed and 7 wounded. Oleksandr Ganja of the Regional Military Administration stated the enemy's unmanned aerial vehicle struck near the service bus, causing it to catch fire.
