According to hvylya.net: The situation worsened due to reduced supplies to Turkey, Brazil, and African countries. Analysts are recording dubious shipments to Cyprus and other countries. Experts believe that such actions may be aimed at circumventing international sanctions against the Russian Federation and attempts to compensate for losses due to technical interruptions and attacks on refineries with Ukrainian drones.
In July, Russia reduced diesel fuel and gasoil exports by 5% compared to June - to 3.26 million tons. The main reason was the shortage of fuel in the aggressor country's domestic market. The most affected were shipments through the Russian port of Primorsk - the largest export point for low-sulfur diesel fuel in the country.
According to reports presented in the news, in July Russia reduced fuel exports due to problems in the domestic market. This may impact the country's economy and show that international sanctions and technical issues are starting to significantly affect Russia's energy sector.
