Франція виділила 3,37 мільйона євро на підтримку України: результати розслідування справи на Поліграфічному заводі.

The Ukrainian government received 3.37 million euros from the company 'SURYS' as compensation for involvement in a corruption scheme at the State Enterprise 'Polygraph Plant Ukraine'. This case was examined by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) and concluded with a settlement agreement confirmed by a French court.

During the work of the joint investigation group, contracts with the contractors of the Polygraph Plant were checked, leading to the identification of violations. The French company, according to the agreement, reimbursed the damage caused to Ukraine and paid a fine for participating in the corruption scheme.

Collaboration between SAP, NABU, and the French National Financial Prosecutor’s Office is a successful example of international resolution of corruption cases that helps protect Ukraine's interests in foreign courts.
