Chance for a Residency for a Medical Specialist

Victoria dreamed of becoming a doctor since childhood, so she enrolled at Vinnytsia National Medical University named after M.I. Pirogov, graduating in 2025.

Thanks to the electronic ranking distribution system for residency introduced in Ukraine in the year of Victoria's graduation, the girl will continue her studies in dentistry at the medical institution of her choice.

This year's innovation was the opportunity to obtain state budget places and undergo residency not only in state and communal but also in private medical institutions.

Victoria will be training in residency at one of the Kyiv branches of 'Dobrobut' Medical Network, and she is very happy about this opportunity: “I wanted a residency in the capital because Kyiv opens new avenues. And although I was told it was unrealistic, I knew I wanted to achieve this. The electronic system allowed me to choose the place I wanted, it gave me a chance, and I took that chance.”
