Registration of electronic offices for applicants
Starting today, applicants can register electronic offices to submit documents to higher education institutions, vocational education, and vocational-technical education. The registration system became operational on July 1 and will be available until October 20, 2025, however, applicants should focus on the specific deadlines for submitting applications based on their chosen trajectory.
This was reported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Creating an office and registration recommendations
To create an electronic office, it is necessary to provide an email address, which will become the login for access, come up with a reliable password, and also provide the series and number of the document of previously obtained education. In addition, data from the NMT certificate or exam sheet from previous entrance examinations is needed – number, PIN code, and year of receipt.
Organizers warn of possible system overloads due to a large number of queries and advise registering not on the first but also not on the last day, choosing a day between peak periods of activity.
