The additional funding for the 'National Cashback' was found by reducing expenditures on the program for partial compensation of the cost of domestic production equipment. Now only 163 million hryvnias remain to support domestic producers, compared to the previous 200 million.

According to hvylya.net: The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has redistributed 37 million hryvnias in favor of the 'National Cashback' program, reducing funding for another program to support domestic producers. This is indicated by the resolution of November 7, 2025, No. 1429.

Increase in the volume of assistance

With changes to the Cabinet of Ministers resolution, the amount of state cash assistance for buyers of Ukrainian-produced goods (the 'National Cashback' program) has increased from 2.4 billion hryvnias to 2.437 billion hryvnias.

Conditions for using cashback

Cashback can be used to pay for utilities, mobile communication, medical services, books from Ukrainian publishers, transport, charity, and donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The funds cannot be withdrawn in cash and cannot be transferred to other cards. The remaining balances on the account will be canceled after December 31, 2025.

How to activate

To activate the cashback, you need to update the 'Dія' application, open the 'Services' section -> 'National Cashback', activate the counter, add a bank card for payments, and check products through the barcode scanner in the 'Dія' application.
