Applicants who have not yet received an exam sheet should contact their university’s admissions office directly. For security reasons, testing locations will not be disclosed publicly. As stated by UCEQA officials,
“to ensure safety, we are not publishing any information about where the tests will take place within Ukraine-neither on the websites of the Ukrainian or regional educational quality assessment centers, nor on our official social media pages.”
They also emphasized that this year’s entrance exam schedule has not been released.
Scholarship Reforms Announced for 2026
Starting September 1, 2026, academic and named scholarships in Ukraine will double. The minimum academic scholarship will rise from 2,000 to 4,000 hryvnias, while the Presidential Scholarship for bachelor’s and master’s students will increase from 10,000 to 20,000 hryvnias. These adjustments aim to improve student support and enhance learning conditions.
The introduction of these new scholarship rates signals growing government commitment to student welfare, which could positively impact academic performance. Higher financial support may also encourage more young people to pursue higher education-a crucial factor for the country’s development. Amid ongoing economic challenges, these measures could play a key role in making education more accessible in Ukraine.
In addition to the recent scholarship increases, students who score 185 or higher on the NMT will also benefit from monthly grants of 10,000 hryvnias. This initiative is part of a broader effort to support academic excellence and provide financial assistance to high-achieving applicants. For more details on this program, you can read about it here.
