Failure in 'Reserve+'. Ministry of Defense explained what to do for users
The 'Reserve+' application temporarily experienced authorization issues due to high load, which slows down the process. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.
«Specialists are already working on fixing this issue. Meanwhile, if you have already generated a PDF document in the system, you can use it during checks, as this document has the same legal power as a paper one», – the message states.
The Ministry also added: «We expect that the application will resume normal operation in the near future».
New features in the 'Reserve+' application
Recently, two new features were added to the 'Reserve+' application: displaying disability in the electronic military document and the ability to save previous versions of the document after updates.
Now users can view their disability group and its reason, which are automatically displayed in the military document within the application. Additionally, the previous version of the document remains accessible after the update so that it can be viewed if necessary. If the system is overloaded, the document will indicate the approximate update time via a special ribbon.
The 'Reserve+' application development team is actively working on resolving authorization issues and enhancing user conveniences, which will contribute to improving the service's operation.
