“The deployment of the heating system technologically requires up to seven days. Given the forecasted temperature drop, the city has decided to start the heating season in residential buildings from October 29,” Klitschko said.

As of October 3, the Kyiv authorities have begun supplying heat to hospitals, schools, kindergartens, and other social institutions at the request of their managers.
